Voi mitä ihanuuksia löysinkään Wendyn syyskuun listalta! Yhtä aikaa tarjolla Timbertop (ruskea karhu) ja Babblebrook (harmaa pupu) -vauvat, joiden valmistus on lopetettu. Täytyi tarttua toimeen, ja postikulujen kanssa USAsta eivät edes tulleet Suomen hintoja kalliimmaksi. Yllätyin, kun mukana tuli muoviset vihreät kehdot ja tuttipullotkin. Vauvoilla päätä voi kääntää ja ovat seisomaasennossa.
I have been looking for babies to complete my dollhouse families. Since Forest Families aren't made anymore, I looked into the Sylvanian families series. Last month Wendy had a Timbertop and a Babblebrook baby on sale, so I had to have them :) And they weren't expensive compared to what Sylvanian cost here in Finland. I was suprised to find out, that they had cradles and bottles with them.
Tässä vauva perheensä parissa. Nämähän ovat Forest Family sarjaa, jota ei enää valmisteta. Vauvat valitsin vastaavasta Sylvanian families-sarjasta. Värisävyhän on eri, mutta ei se vauvalla haittaa. Ovat oikeasti kyllä pieniä verrattuna aikuisiin.
These babies are so tiny! The color is totally different, but it doesn't bother me with a baby. Here the brown bear is with her family and they all quite excited :)
Tässä kuvassa harmaa vauva on päässyt perheensä pariin. Hän ei taida olla valkoisen pupurouvan oma lapsi, harmaat lienevät hänen sisarustensa lapsia, joista hän huolehtii. Onhan hänellä sammakkolapset, joilla muuten on uudet vaatteet. Täytyy keksiä tarkempaa tarinaa nukkekodin asukkaista :P Pupulapsonen ei muuten mahtunut kehtoonsa! Niimpä tein hänelle uuden kehdon jäätelötikuista. Sitäkin täytyy kuvata lisää.

The grey bunny is home here too. I'm sure his siblings are the grey bunny children, but the I suppose the white bunny is his aunt. I should come up with their story :) The family also includes also two frog children, whom by the way have new outfits. In the picture is also the new cradle I made for the baby - he couldn't fit in the green one xD I made with from ice pop sitcks (I don't know it this the right term.)
Sorry for the not-so-good photos, I'll take better ones next week :)
Ps. Alemmassa kuvassa oikealla näkyy jo lapsuudessani leikeissä ollut sininen sohva, jonka etujalat ovat katkenneet. Mitenköhän sen korjaisi...
